The Group has business interests in Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, Renewable Energy & Battery Storage, Property Development, Engineering, Project & Development Management. TeSik Group primarily operates within the built environment sector.
The group interests are represented by the following;
Renewable Energy & Battery Storage
TeSik Group’s founders have interests in the Renewable Energy (REN) sector which we strongly believe is an effective solution to the sustainable power supply in Namibia and the region. TeSik, through its shareholders, is the majority owner of Omukwa Renewable Energy (Pty) Ltd (ORE) which is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) targeting Namibia & SADC for the development of REN initiatives. ORE has signed a 10MWac, Power Purchase (PPA) with NORED and the project is at an advanced stage of development with commercial operation date (CoD) set for 2026.
Property Development
TeSik has interests in Property Development which make use of a range of staff with exceptional skills and knowledge to develop stunning properties.
