Theopoline Ashipala is a self-motivated individual with a Bsc (Hon) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and an MSc in Construction Project and Cost Management both obtained from Coventry University in the United Kingdom.

Currently the Leads Manager at TeSik Group, Theopoline comes from a construction discipline but has opened up her horizons and moved into the area of business development expertise within the construction industry. When fuelled by hard work and dedication, anything is possible with the right mindset.
