Ndishiilange is a purpose driven and tenacious Infrastructure Entrepreneur, registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of Namibia (ECN). He obtained his National Diploma (NDip): Civil Engineering in 2010 from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU). After obtaining his NDip, he spent some time working in the consulting engineering industry. He then went to obtain his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng): Civil Engineering in 2013 from the University of Stellenbosch. After his second engineering qualification, he went on to further his career in consulting engineering and served as a Partner at WCE Consulting Engineers, one of Namibia’s largest consulting engineering firms.

 

Ndishiilange lives by the following words of Thomas Sankara:

“I would like to leave behind me the conviction that if we maintain a certain amount of caution and organization we deserve victory… You cannot carry out fundamental change without a certain amount of madness. In this case, it comes from nonconformity, the courage to turn your back on the old formulas, the courage to invent the future. It took the madmen of yesterday for us to be able to act with extreme clarity today. I want to be one of those madmen.

We must dare to invent the future.”
